Proponents of Antirent in the 21st Century share the same goals that the movement bolstered in the 1800s. We support bringing financial independence to our communities. We are here to incite reform.

Studies out of Ohio on Cornerstone's Renter Equity Property Management System have illustrated the success of the Antirent model. The Cornerstone platform has been implemented at several properties throughout the state and, similar to the Provito model, renters receive a financial incentive towards an equity account in exchange for promised timely rent payments, participation in the community, and maintenance of the property.
