Progress not Perfection

We want to make our community a better place to live, work, and play. As Dwight D. Eisenhower stated, planning is indispensable, but the best plan still goes out the window once it starts. As people, we like to have control over what's coming in the future, and we plan for what's coming. Even still, we have to be ready to adjust and change to meet the ultimate goal. In economic development, our goal is not to follow the standard plan, but it is to improve the community.

Our philosophy is to run fast experiments, find what works, and improve.
